PITTSBURGH — Terry Shafer made 52 saves, and six Robert Morris players scored in a 6-4 win over No. 14 Penn State in the semifinals of the Three Rivers Classic on Monday.
Zac Lynch had a goal and two assists, while Greg Gibson and Brandon Denham each had a goal and an assist for the Colonials (10-4-3), who have beaten Penn State in three out of four seasons.
Dylan Richard and Luke Juha each had a goal and an assist for Penn State (11-3-3).
