Minnesota captured the WCHA as Wisconsin lost two shootout-decisions to Ohio State, ending the Badgers’ streak of three straight conference championships. Cornell won twice to pass Princeton and capture the ECAC crown.
According to the Bangor Daily News, four Maine women’s hockey players have been suspended indefinitely for alleged violations of the student-athlete code of conduct.
It’s the final weekend of regular season play in three conferences. Princeton will try for the ECAC title, while Wisconsin looks for its fourth straight WCHA crown. In Hockey East, Vermont and Maine battle for the final playoff spot.

College Hockey America has suspended Penn State’s Brooke Madsen and RIT’s Christa Vuglar one game for supplemental discipline. Syracuse forward Emma Polaski has been suspended one game by College Hockey America. Polaski’s suspension comes after a review of her interference major which also garnered a game misconduct in Friday’s 6-5 win over Mercyhurst.
