BURLINGTON, Vt. — Evan Rodrigues scored a goal and added an assist for No. 3 Boston University, which held off No. 12 Vermont 4-2 on Friday.
Ahti Oksanen and Cason Hohmann scored second-period goals for the Terriers (14-4-4, 9-2-2 Hockey East) before Rodrigues made it 3-0 in the third.
Colin Markison and Alexx Privitera scored for the Catamounts (15-7-2, 7-5-1) to cut into BU’s lead.
But Jack Eichel scored into an empty net in the final minute to seal things for the Terriers.
