Boston University defeated Windsor 4-1 in an exhibition game on Saturday at the renovated Walter Brown Arena.

The Terriers were without Jenelle Kohanchuk, Marie-Philip Poulin, Jenn Wakefield and Tara Watchorn, who were attending Canada’s national women’s team camp in Calgary, Alberta. Caroline Campbell and Catherine Ward also sat out because of injuries.

But BU got scoring from four different players.

Freshman Louise Warren scored the game-winner in the opening minute of the second period. Jill Cardella had a goal and an assistg, while sophomore Taylor Holze earned two assists in her first game along with Lauren Cherewyk and freshman Anna Battaglino.

All three goalies took a turn in net, with second-period netminder Kerrin Sperry getting credit for the win.

Windsor lost 3-0 to Boston College on Friday at Walter Brown.
