Quizon Named AHCA Women’s College Player of the Year

Senior forward Emily Quizon of Middlebury was named the AHCA Women’s College Player of the Year by the nation’s coaches.

The three-time All-American selection had 19 goals and 19 assists this season and in her career of 110 games she has 62 goals and 107 assists.

She was a First Team All-American this season and last, and a second team selection in 2004. She has twice been chosen as the NESCAC Player of the year twice.

The runner-up this season was Andrea Peterson of Gustavus Adolphus.
