Wisconsin 2, Northern Michigan 0
Goaltender Jack Berry made 22 saves to earn the shutout and his first career victory, a 2-0 win for the Badgers. It was Berry’s third appearance and first start of the season. In almost 117 minutes of play, Berry has yet to allow a goal.

Luke Kunin and Cameron Hughes found the net for Wisconsin, each tallying on the power play.

Wisconsin improves to 5-3-0 after winning just eight games a season ago.

Michigan Tech 5, Michigan State 1
Five different goal scorers paced the Michigan Tech offense as the Huskies skated past Michigan State, 5-1. The Spartans mustered just 18 shots on goal including just four in the game’s final period.

Ohio State 4, Robert Morris 4 (OT)
The Buckeyes jumped out to a 4-2 lead midway through the game but couldn’t hold on, settling for a 4-4 tie. John Wilitala scored twice in the second to spot Ohio State a two-goal lead. But Robert Morris rookie Luke Lynch scored his first career goal on a penalty shot late in the second and then added a shorthanded tally with 4:58 remaining to earn the tie for the Colonials.

Minnesota 2, North Dakota 0
Eric Schlerhorn stopped all 33 shots he faced and Mike Szmatula and Vinni Lettieri each netted goals as the Gophers extended their unbeaten streak to four games with a 2-0 victory over rival North Dakota.
