Four different Ohio State players scored and Buckeyes goaltender Sean Romeo stopped all 32 shots he faced as No. 7 Ohio State blanked Big Ten rival Michigan 4-0 on Friday at Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
Kevin Miller opened the scoring late in the first period for the Buckeyes. Tanner Laczynski would make it 2-0 on the power play in the second. A pair of insurance goals were added in the third. Mason Jobst added his 12th goal of the season and Dakota Joshua scored Ohio State’s second power-play goal of the evening. All four goals were surrendered by Wolverines netminder Hayden Lavigne, who made 16 saves in the defeat.
