Andrew Calof tallied a goal and three assists and Mike Ambrosia tallied two goals and an assist to lead Princeton to a 5-2 win over Sacred Heart on Sunday.
The Tigers held a 4-0 lead after two periods until Will Rayner and Chad Barthelmess got Sacred Heart back in the game with two quick goals early in the third. But Sean Bonar and the Tigers defense held the Pioneers off the board the rest of the way until Ambrosia put the game away for good at 13:25.
Bonar made 19 saves to earn the victory for Princeton. Steven Legatto made 15 saves for Sacred Heart before being replaced by Andrew Bodnarchuk, who made 18 saves in the final two periods.
