Wisconsin-River Falls scored a 5-2 victory over Wisconsin-Stout Saturday night to sweep the weekend series.
River Falls took a 2-0 lead after one period on goals by Jared Anderson and Adam Kragthorpe. But the Blue Devils scored the only two goals in the second period to tie the game, 2-2.
The Falcons dominated the final period, scoring three goals. Shane Fukushima scored a power-play goal at 1:23, Jamie Steinert scored at 9:04 and Jess Johnson scored at 19:16.
Falcon goalie Landon Luther picked up the win making 27 saves. The Falcons had 42 shots on goal, including 18 in the third period.
