Anthony Angello scored his fourth goal in two games to break a 1-1 tie midway through the third period and help the Big Red emerge with a 3-1 win at Dartmouth.
The win clinched the Ivy League title for the Big Red and moved them into sole possession of first place in ECAC Hockey
Galajda entered the game against the Big Green with three straight shutouts, but that streak came to an end on Tim Shoup’s goal 6:41 into the first. Still, the freshman finished with 27 saves and helped Cornell extend its unbeaten streak to ten games, which is the longest active streak in the country.
Cam Donaldson scored the first goal of the game for the Big Red early in the opening period, while Noah Bauld capped the scoring with an empty-net goal in the waning minutes of the game.
Trevor Yates and Yanni Kaldis each two assists for Cornell. Devin Buffalo stopped 17 shots for the Big Green.
