Kristin Lewicki’s second goal of the game 13:15 into overtime gave Adrian a 3-2 win over Gustavus Adolphus on home ice in the second women’s D-III semifinal at Arrington Ice Arena.
Lewicki opened the game’s scoring three minutes into the first period.
Sarah Shureb also scored for the Bulldogs, while Brooke Gibson stopped 40 shots in goal.
For GAC, Marina Chapman and Laura Johnson scored and Amanda DiNella fashioned a 52-save performance between the pipes.
Adrian and Plattsburgh will play for the national title Saturday at 7:30 p.m. EDT and Gustavus and Norwich play the third-place game at 3 p.m.
