MANKATO, Minn. — Eric Schierhorn made 31 saves for his second shutout as Minnesota beat Minnesota State 4-0 on Friday.

Vinni Lettieri and Taylor Cammarata each had a goal and an assist for the Gophers (4-4), who also got goals from Justin Kloos and Leon Bristedt.

Cole Huggins made 21 saves for the Mavericks (5-6).
