ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Brad Duwe scored in overtime to give Alaska-Anchorage a 3-2 victory over Arizona State on Friday, spoiling the Sun Devils’ Division I debut at the Kendall Hockey Classic.
Arizona State took a 2-1 lead on a second-period goal by Jack Rowe and a third-period score by Liam Norris, but the Seawolves’ Wyatt Ege tied the game with 11:17 remaining.
Mason Mitchell put Alaska-Anchorage ahead in the first period.
Robert Levin made 37 saves for the Sun Devils, while Olivier Mantha stopped 21 shots for the Seawolves.
