Union is making a habit of scoring big at home.
After a scoreless first period, the 18th-ranked Dutchmen jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the opening 12 minutes of the second period, then coasted to a 6-1 victory over Niagara on Friday.
Six players scored for Union, which has outscored opponents 22-4 in starting 3-0 at home.
Wayne Simpson, Adam Presizniuk, Jeremy Welsh and Justin Pallos scored second-period goals for the Dutchmen (4-1).
John Simpson and Daniel Carr added third-period goals.
