USA Hockey announced Wednesday that defenseman Jack Johnson (Michigan) has been added to the 2011 U.S. Men’s National Team that will compete at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Men’s Championship starting Friday in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia.
