MARQUETTE, Mich. — After being blown out 7-1 last night, the Chargers fought back and upset the Wildcats 3-2 giving them their first WCHA playoff win in program history. The scoring didn’t kick off until the second period with 4-on-4 play giving Wildcats forward Troy Loggins some more room to work and his 19th goal of the season and the lead. Halfway through the period, the Chargers struck back with Josh Kestner netting the equalizer. The two teams would trade off more second period goals and ended up tied at two going into the third. With just under 30 seconds to play, Josh Kestner delivered the heartbreaker and won the game for the Chargers. The deciding game of the series will come tomorrow at 7:07 ET.
