The WCHA announced Saturday afternoon a one-game suspension for Alabama Huntsville junior forward Tyler Poulsen. The suspension is a result of Poulsen’s elbowing penalty, which came at the 11:11 mark of the third period in Alabama Huntsville’s game on Oct. 20 at Michigan Tech. Upon review, Poulsen made contact with the skater’s head in a manner that warranted the suspension.Alabama Huntsville’s next scheduled game is tonight, Oct. 21, at Michigan Tech. Poulsen is eligible to return for the Chargers’ Oct. 27 game at Cornell.
