Providence junior defenseman John Gilmour is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season after sustaining an injury in the Friars’ game at Boston College on Jan. 30.
No injury was noted in the school-issued press release, though a tweet from the Providence Journal said Gilmour has a finger injury.
Gilmour, who appeared in his 100th career game against the Eagles, has tallied three goals and six assists for nine points in 23 games this season.
