Bowdoin announced Friday that Holly Lorms has been named a women’s assistant coach. Lorms graduated in 2011 from Boston University and captained the 2010-11 team that finished as national runners-up. Hockey East has announced that 2012 Northeastern grad Kristen Blake has been hired as the conference’s graduate intern for the upcoming 2012-2013 season. She will assist in event management, marketing and media relations in both the men’s and women’s leagues in the Wakefield, Mass., office.
Hillary Witt, a former member of the U.S. Women’s National Team (2001) and the all-time winningest women’s coach at Yale, has been named the coordinator of player development and Women’s National Team scout for USA Hockey.
