According to The Collegian, the Penn State women’s team has suspended nine of its players for the team’s season-opening series against Colgate.
Mercyhurst finished second in the regular season last year to Robert Morris, but won the CHA tournament and its auto-bid to the NCAA tournament. Robert Morris lost two key players to graduation, and Mercyhurst, returning a ton, looks to be the favorite.
