HEWBA awards announced with Boston University’s Eichel leading the way

The Hockey East Writers and Broadcasters Association has announced its award winners for the 2014­-15 season. Boston University freshman ​Jack Eichel​ is a unanimous selection for Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, First Team All­-Star and an All-Rookie Team member. Boston University head coach ​David Quinn​, who helped lead the Terriers to an 11­-win turnaround from the 2013­-14  regular season, was named the association’s Coach of the Year.
