The elder Donato said there will be time to reflect once this weekend is over. In the meantime, as it has been all season, it’s team first.
“I think we would all have to admit we’re a little bit surprised at how successful he’s been right away, averaging a point a game,” Crimson coach Ted Donato said of defenseman Adam Fox.
“We want to be tighter and not give teams so much time and space,” Bulldogs captain Dominic Toninato said.
It’s the third straight NCAA tournament appearance for this senior class, however, and Sandelin thinks that there are a few things that helped his squad advance beyond regional play.
