Don’t look now, but only three weeks of play dot the ECAC West regular-season schedule — which means that Scott Biggar can start the playoff projections.
The heart of the ECAC West regular season has finally begun. Inter-league play dominates the schedule of most teams over the next four weeks as each jockey for positions. Elmira is currently in the driver’s seat, knocking
off RIT last weekend to remain the only undefeated team in league play.
With the showdown between No. 1 RIT and No. 10 Elmira looming, the Soaring Eagles look to keep the hex on ranked opponents, while RIT may want to repeat its all-Mike, all the time success of last weekend. Also: Scott Biggar reports on Utica and Manhattanville.
