Currently on a seven-game win streak, St. Thomas, led by Ben Myers in goal, is looking to finish strong heading into the postseason.
After losing four in a row to start 2018, Connecticut College has gone 6-1-2 and finds itself in position for home ice in the NESCAC playoffs. Part of their success has come from rediscovering the fun in playing hockey.
Races are super tight in some of the Eastern conferences, with some conferences having only one or two weeks left, while in the West, St. Norbert righted the ship. Brian and Tim recap the weekend.
St. Norbert has two big games that could dictate standings in the NCHA, and No. 4 Oswego travels to No. 14 Buffalo State.
Cory Dunn is excelling at Adrian, in part motivated by overcoming his size, but mostly because the players on the team all are motivated to help each other get back to the Frozen Four.
Buffalo State has been one of the hottest teams in the country over the last month, and is looking to take another step by beating a ranked opponent.
Though currently in an offensive slump, Jesse Tredinnick is still helping lead at Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Manhattanville is looking to keep its edge in the UCHC playoff race, one in which two points separate being in the playoffs and sitting them out.
