Hottest team While fans of undefeated Michigan Tech might take exception, it’s hard not to wonder if Minnesota-Duluth is the hottest team in the country. Last week, I gained another two games on Arlan in our season-long race. Hopefully I can keep it up. Michigan Tech senior goaltender Matt Messina served a three-month tour in Afghanistan with the Minnesota Air National Guard. As part of an F-16 crew, the Duluth native worked avionics (communications, navigation, weapon delivery and flight controls).
