Union hands coach Bennett two-game suspension after on-ice altercation

Union has suspended coach Rick Bennett for two games after he was involved in an on-ice altercation with members of the Rensselaer coaching staff and team after Saturday’s game.

ECAC Hockey officials are looking into the series of on-ice incidents at the end of Saturday’s Rensselaer-Union game in Albany, N.Y., one of which involved the head coaches getting in a heated dispute.
