Liam Morgan potted the game-winning goal for the Dutchmen, good for his third goal of the weekend. Ryan Scarfo scored on the power play for the other Union tally. With the victory, Union ties Colgate for second place in the conference.
Colgate 4, Clarkson 4
A three-goal third period sent Colgate to a tie against Clarkson. Bruce Racine held his own against 38 shots on goal to earn a tie, pushing his record to 0-2-1 this year. The Golden Knights tied both games of the weekend, equalling Cornell, 0-0, on Friday.
Cornell 1, St. Lawrence 0
Cornell narrowly retained first place in-conference with Matt Galajda’s second shutout of the second shutout of the weekend. He was equalled by Arthur Brey’s 29 saves on 30 shots. The lone goal came from Jared Fiegl early in the second period.
Quinnipiac 3, Brown 0
Quinnipiac’s Andrew Shortridge earned his fifth shutout of the year in a road contest against Brown. Joe O’Connor scored his first career goal in his fifth collegiate game as teammate Brandon Fortunato earned three total points on the weekend with a goal.
