Jordan Ronn opened the scoring for Minnesota State at 2:50 of the first period before Meerman scored twice and Hunter Bischoff added a late empty-net goal for Augustana.

Alex Tracy stopped 16 shots in goal for the Mavericks.

Five different players scored for Denver as the Pioneers defeated St. Cloud State 5-1 from the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in St. Cloud, Minn.
Rieger Lorenz, Clarke Caswell, Brady Milburn, Sam Harris and Hagen Burrows scored for DU and Quentin Miller made 37 saves in goal. Johnny Hicks played the last 2:28 and didn’t face a shot.

Casper Nassen’s goal at 19:50 of the third period pulled Miami into a 4-4 tie with Colorado College from Steve Cady Arena in Oxford, Ohio.
After nothing was settled in overtime, the RedHawks won the ensuing shootout.
