Hockey East announced Monday that Merrimack junior forward Luke Weilandt has been suspended for one game stemming from an incident at the 20-minute mark of the third period on Saturday, Dec. 6, against UConn.
On the play, Weilandt was assessed a 10-minute misconduct and a game misconduct.
Weilandt is ineligible to play Friday, Dec. 12, against Yale and is able to return to the Warriors’ lineup on Saturday, Dec. 13, against Long Island.
