
Michigan State is again the top-ranked team in the USCHO.com Division I Men’s Hockey Poll, getting 42 first-place votes in this week’s rankings.
Michigan remains No. 2 with five first-place votes, followed by Penn State, up one with three first-place votes, Western Michigan, down one to No. 4, and Quinnipiac, up two spots to No. 5.

Maine jumps up six spots to No. 6, Minnesota Duluth moves up three to No. 7, North Dakota holds steady at No. 8, Denver drops three to No. 9, and Wisconsin rises up four spots to sit tenth this week.
Connecticut falls from No. 9 to No. 11 and Boston University falls from No. 5 to No. 12.
Previously unranked Northeastern enters the rankings this week at No. 14.
In addition to the top 20 teams, 12 others received votes in this week’s poll.
The USCHO.com Division I Men’s Hockey Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 50 voters, including coaches and media professionals from across the country. Media outlets may republish this poll as long as USCHO.com is credited.
