To our valued college hockey fans and USCHO patrons:
Welcome to the 2025-26 college hockey season! This is such an unprecedented time in college hockey that will undoubtedly change the sport as we know it, and everyone at USCHO is dedicated to bringing you the best coverage of the game along the way.
With our recent site relaunch, things look different, much like the college hockey landscape. The new site features better imagery and content presentation, expanded stats and a look and feel that should make navigation easy on every device, every platform.
That is just the start of a new-look USCHO. This season is our 30th and we’re proud to celebrate our past while looking forward to the future.
For three decades, USCHO has brought you top-notch college hockey journalism from all college hockey conferences, men’s and women’s at the Division I and Division III levels. That’s something no other site can say.
We are proud of all our coverage and of the integrity with which we bring it to you. It is with that in mind that I want to let you know of some changes you will see around USCHO this season:
EXPANDING NATIONAL COVERAGE: Each week, you’ll continue to receive all our national coverage: weekend game coverage, the USCHO Division I and III men’s and women’s poll, Monday 10 and Tuesday Morning Quarterback. Additionally, each week two of our veteran writers will provide in-depth looks at key issues & topics – both at the league levels and nationally.
THE SAME GREAT PODCASTS, WITH A TWIST: Our weekly podcasts are returning with USCHO Weekend Review each Monday featuring Ed Trefzger, Jim Connelly and Robert Morris head coach Derek Schooley, as well as our sports-wagering pod, USCHO Edge, which drops every Friday. Additionally, a new midweek podcast, “Upon Further Review,” features the Weekend Review gang diving deeper into a particular subject or storyline.
VIDEO CONTENT: As the season progresses, look for new video content on our site and USCHO’s YouTube channel from USCHO Productions, including video podcasts and game highlights.
INCREASED SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE: Look for more content than ever from USCHO on our YouTube Channel, as well as Instagram, X and Facebook.
BEST-IN-NATION WOMEN’S COVERAGE: On the women’s side, Nicole Haase continues to bring you the top national and regional content both in writing and in podcast form with the weekly, “The PodKaz” podcast featuring USCHO’s Todd Milewski.
DIVISION III: Our Division III men’s coverage will continue with veteran D-III insider Tim Costello providing weekly coverage along with full statistics for both men’s and women’s Division III hockey.
This is an exciting time for all of us at USCHO, and we’re so glad that you’ll be with us along the way. Here’s to celebrating the last 30 years and looking forward to the next 30.
Drop the puck!
