Despite outshooting Ohio State 38-34 on the night, Wisconsin gave up five goals in the final period to make this a lopsided contest.
Tanner Laczynski scored twice, while Dakota Joshua, Christian Lampasso and Brendon Kearney all notched goals in the third period to give the Buckeyes the victory. Sean Romeo was solid in net for Ohio State, as he made 36 saves on the evening.
