Looking to seal the final home playoff spot, the Beavers did just that with a 2-1 win over the Nanooks.
Adam Brady scored the only goal of the first 58:19 of the contest when he gave the Beavers a 1-0 lead at 18:01 of the first period. Jordan Heller extended the at 18:19 of the third.
Chad Staley answered for the Nanooks just 19 seconds later. From there, however, Michael Bitzer shut the door for the Beavers to earn the win.
