Senior Tim Lappin scored the game-winning goal with three seconds left in regulation to lift Brown to a 2-1 win over RPI.
The win snapped a seven-game winless streak for the Bears, who hadn’t won since rallying for a 5-4 overtime win against the Engineers on Dec. 2.
Tyler Bird scored Brown’s other goal, while freshman goalie Luke Kania made 27 saves for the win.
Linden Marshall had 43 saves for RPI. Jared Wilson scored the lone goal for the Engineers.
