SUNYAC has suspended Plattsburgh men’s coach Bob Emery three games as a result of an on-ice verbal confrontation with a linesman after the conclusion of the Cardinals’ game at Williams on Jan. 13.
Included in the three-game suspension was the team’s game against Wesleyan on Jan. 16 and games on Jan. 26-27 against Brockport and Geneseo, respectively.
According to Plattsburgh, the results of the three games will go toward his coaching record and not be credited to assistant coach Steve Moffat.
