No. 4 Boston University – tied, defeated Northeastern

No. 5 Boston College – swept Maine

No. 6 Quinnipiac – defeated Clarkson, lost to St. Lawrence

No. 7 Massachusetts-Lowell – swept No. 19 Vermont

No. 8 St. Cloud State – swept by No. 1 Minnesota-Duluth

No. 9 Notre Dame – was idle
