2006 Division III All-Americans Announced

The American Hockey Coaches Association has issued its selections for the 2006 Division III All-American teams. In all, players from 13 different schools were selected, including seven from teams playing in the Division III Frozen Four.

East First Team:

Defense – Jeff Smith, Sr., Middlebury
Forward – Mickey Gilchrist, So., Middlebury
Forward – Gus Katsuras, Sr., Hamilton
Forward – Garrett Winder, Sr., Norwich

East Second Team:

Goal – Jon Dryjowicz-Burek, Fr., UMass-Dartmouth
Defense – Greg Gallagher, Sr., Hobart
Defense – Brian Mullaly, Sr., Norwich
Forward – Rick Cleaver, So., Norwich
Forward – Jeremy Koning, Sr., New England College
Forward – Ryan Woodward, Jr., Oswego

West First Team:

Goal – Adam Hanna, Sr., St. John’s
Defense – John Bottoms, Sr., St. Thomas
Defense – Andrew Derton, Jr., St. Norbert
Forward – Connor Hughes, Sr., St. Norbert
Forward – Aaron Johnson, Jr. Augsburg
