No. 1 Plattsburgh at Cortland<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, Melissa Sheeran and Kayla Meneghin each scored twice to lead Plattsburgh to a 6-0 win. On Saturday, Meneghin netted three more while Charlie Calamari scored the lone goal for Cortland in the 8-1 loss.<\/p>\n

No. 2 Adrian at Northland<\/strong>
\nOn Saturday, five different players lit the lamp while 12 different skaters tallied points for Adrian in their 5-0 win. On Sunday, Samantha Scott and Amanda Abounader gave Northland a 2-0 lead heading into the final period. Brianna Buchanan and Jacqueline White scored for Adrian to force overtime and Allyson Reilly scored the game-winner just :19 into the extra period to give Northland the 3-2 win.<\/p>\n

No. 3 Norwich at UMass Boston<\/strong>
\nThese two combined for six third-period goals. Arielle Gallucci had UMass Boston up after one and Norwich’s Alyssa Hulst had the teams tied heading into the third. Adrieana Rossini scored twice on the power play in the final frame to lead Norwich to a 5-3 victory.<\/p>\n

No. 3 Norwich at Salve Regina<\/strong>
\nMaki Schuchuk netted a hat trick, scoring a goal in each period to lead Norwich to a 5-1 win. Meredith Peppes was the lone goal-scorer for Salve Regina.<\/p>\n

No. 4 Wisconsin River Falls vs. Bethel<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, at home, Bethel scored the first goal, but Wis.-River Falls responded with four straight, including two by Jessie Anderson, to take a 4-1 lead into the second. Bethel scored the next three, but two third-period goals by Amy Auran helped the Falcons to a 7-5 win. Bri Stafne had two goals and an assist for Bethel. On Saturday in River Falls, Bethel again scored first, but couldn’t recover from the five straight Wis.-River Falls responded with to take the series sweep win a 5-2 win. Carly Moran had two goals and an assist in the win.<\/p>\n

No. 4 Elmira at Oswego<\/strong>
\nSara Hughson scored three straight for Elmira to lead them to a 4-1 victory. Jean-Marie Padden was the goal-scorer for Oswego.<\/p>\n

No. 10 Wisconsin-Eau Claire at No. 7 Gustavus Adolphus<\/strong>
\nTwin sisters Emily and Elizabeth Bauer combined to get Wis.-Eau Claire on the board first. Kaitlyn Klein tied it for Gustavus in the second and Kelly Knetter gave the Blugolds the lead heading into the third with a goal just :11 before the horn. Diana Draayer tied the game for Adolphus in the third and 65:00 was not enough to decide a winner as this one ended 2-2.<\/p>\n

Wisconsin-Stevens Point at No. 8 St. Thomas<\/strong>
\nKate Winiecki and Rachel Werdin scored within :30 of each other in the second period and that proved to be enough to lead the Tommies to a 2-1 win.<\/p>\n

Hamline at No. 10 Wisconsin-Eau Claire<\/strong>
\nElizabeth Bauer had two assists for Wis.-Eau Claire as they won 3-0 on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

Potsdam at Buffalo State<\/strong>
\nNatalie Wasielewski put Potsdam on the board just 1:55 into Friday’s game, but Buffalo State took control from there. Goals by Bri Carroll, Christine Harris, and Emma Ruggiero gave them the 3-1 win. On Saturday, Natasha Steinle had the loan first-period goal to give Buffalo State the lead, but Jenna Patterson scored in the second and Anna-Rose Bertin scored in the third to give Potsdam the 2-1 win and a weekend split.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
