No. 7 Robert Morris at Mercyhurst<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, the teams played 52 minutes of scoreless hockey before Robert Morris took the lead on Kirsten Walsh’s goal. Jillian Skinner tied the game for Mercyhurst with just a minute to go in the game to send it to overtime. Maeve Garvey won the game 2-1 for the Colonials in the extra frame. On Saturday, the teams went back and forth all game, but Robert Morris carried a 3-2 lead into the third period. Paige Horton tied it up for Mercyhurst less than three minutes into the third period and an extra period wasn’t enough to decide a winner. The game ended a 3-3 tie.<\/p>\n

No. 10 Cornell 2, at No. 3 Clarkson 1<\/strong>
\nCornell tallied its 550th program win and served Clarkson their first conference loss of the season on Saturday with a 2-1 win. The loss ended an 18-game unbeaten streak for the Golden Knights. This one was also scoreless more than halfway through the finale frame. Micah Hart put Cornell on the board first with a power-play goal. Josianne Pozzebon responded 4:30 later to tie the game. Pippy Gerace scored the game-winner with just more than a minute to go. Jamie Bourbonnais and Hanna Bunton had the assists on both Cornell goals.<\/p>\n

Colgate 4, at No. 5 St. Lawrence 3 (OT)<\/strong>
\nThe goals came in bunches on Friday. Colgate got on the board first with two early second-period goals. St. Lawrence responded by scoring three straight, including two from Nadine Edney. Shelby Perry scored a power-play goal midway through the third to tie the game for Colgate and Bailey Larson had the overtime goal to give the Raiders the 4-3 win.<\/p>\n

No. 2 Minnesota-Duluth at Bemidji State<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, Lara Stalder opened the game with a natural hat trick to lead the Bulldogs to a 5-1 win over Bemidji State. On Saturday, Stalder scored the quickest goal in program history when she netted one just eight seconds into the game. Madison Hutchinson and Emily Bergland scored for the Beavers and Bemidji went on to win the shootout to earn the extra conference point. Stalder finished the weekend with four goals and two assists.<\/p>\n

Ohio State at No. 4 Minnesota<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, the Buckeyes carried a 1-0 lead into the third period, but Caitlin Reilly and Kelly Pannek scored in the second half of the final period to give Minnesota the 2-1 lead. On Saturday, Sydney Baldwin scored in the second for the Gophers and Katie Matheny tied it in the third for the Buckeyes. Ohio State would go on to win the shootout to earn the extra conference point.<\/p>\n

No. 8 Quinnipiac 2, at Merrimack 2<\/strong>
\nKenzie Prater and Emma Woods scored for the Bobcats while Annie Boeckers and Paige Voight scored for Merrimack as the teams skated to a 2-2 tie.<\/p>\n

North Dakota at No. 1 Wisconsin<\/strong>
\nWisconsin swept North Dakota in two tight defensive battles, 3-2 and 2-1. Ann-Renée Desbiens made 28 saves Saturday, including 18 in the third period to hold on for the win after Wisconsin took a 3-1 lead into the third period. Sunday, Wisconsin clamped down defensively and Desbiens only had to make 15 saves while getting a game-winning power-play goal from Sydney McKibbon in the third period.<\/p>\n

No. 6 Boston College at  Vermont<\/strong>
\nBoston College swept Vermont on the road, winning 3-2 in overtime Friday, then shutting out the Catamounts 3-0 Saturday. Friday, the Eagles rallied from a 2-0 deficit, getting a goal from Makenna Newkirk on a power play at 14:45 of the second to pull within one, then an extra-attacker goal from Megan Keller at 19:14 of the third to tie it, allowing Newkirk to score the OT winner just 39 seconds into the extra frame. Saturday, Katie Burt made 20 saves and the Eagles got all their scoring in the second period, including Newkirk’s power-play goal at 6:22 that served as the game-winner.<\/p>\n
