{"id":65564,"date":"2015-09-10T13:56:37","date_gmt":"2015-09-10T18:56:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uscho.com\/?p=65564"},"modified":"2015-09-10T14:01:17","modified_gmt":"2015-09-10T19:01:17","slug":"brian-mahoney-wilson-mason-graddock-get-roles-on-notre-dame-staff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp-admin.uscho.com\/2015\/09\/10\/brian-mahoney-wilson-mason-graddock-get-roles-on-notre-dame-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"Mahoney-Wilson, Graddock get roles on Notre Dame staff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brian Mahoney-Wilson and Mason Graddock have been added to the Notre Dame staff.<\/p>\n<p>Mahoney-Wilson will be the team&#8217;s new volunteer assistant coach, while Graddock will serve as the hockey and programming intern.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re excited to have both Brian and Mason join our staff,&#8221; Notre Dame coach Jeff Jackson said in a news release. &#8220;Brian will do a great job as one of our assistants working with our goaltenders and our special teams and we&#8217;re excited to add a Lake State alum to the staff.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mahoney-Wilson joins the Irish after spending the 2014-15 season as a volunteer assistant coach\/goaltending coach with Army. Prior to Army, Mahoney-Wilson was an assistant coach\/goaltending coach with the South Shore Kings of the United States Premier Hockey League in 2013-14. He graduated from Lake Superior State in 2011 and was a four-year goaltender for the Lakers.<\/p>\n<p>Graddock spent the previous four seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Middlebury, where he was the head of recruiting and worked closely with the team&#8217;s forwards. Graddock helped the Panthers to the 2006 Division III NCAA championship as well as another NCAA title-game appearance in 2007. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mason comes to us from a tremendously successful program in Middlebury, after having worked for a great coach in Bill Beaney,&#8221; Jackson added. &#8220;I&#8217;m really excited to have two younger guys around here that will certainly make a difference with our staff and players.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brian Mahoney-Wilson and Mason Graddock have been added to the Notre Dame staff.
