In the last three years (coaching at Alexandria in the North American Hockey League), I have gotten to know several of the league&#8217;s coaches and had some of my former players play in the MIAC. I have tremendous respect for the school and the success the program has had in recent years. There is a very good foundation here to build on.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>DelCastillo previously coached one season at Alaska and spent several years as an assistant at his alma mater of St. Cloud State and Nebraska-Omaha.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was very impressed with how I was treated by [Hamline AD] Jason [Verdugo] and [search committee members] Tim Ostroot and Steve DeBus,&#8221; DelCastillo added. &#8220;They&#8217;re classy guys.
