Matthew Galajda\u2019s shutout streak might be history, but Cornell\u2019s unbeaten streak continues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anthony Angello scored his fourth goal in two games to break a 1-1 tie midway through the third period and help the Big Red emerge with a 3-1 win at Dartmouth. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The win clinched the Ivy League title for the Big Red and moved them into sole possession of first place in ECAC Hockey <\/span><\/p>\n

Galajda entered the game against the Big Green with three straight shutouts, but that streak came to an end on Tim Shoup\u2019s goal 6:41 into the first. Still, the freshman finished with 27 saves and helped Cornell extend its unbeaten streak to ten games, which is the longest active streak in the country. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cam Donaldson scored the first goal of the game for the Big Red early in the opening period, while Noah Bauld capped the scoring with an empty-net goal in the waning minutes of the game. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trevor Yates and Yanni Kaldis each two assists for Cornell. Devin Buffalo stopped 17 shots for the Big Green. <\/span><\/p>\n
