Marc Kielkucki made 24 saves Friday night to lead Air Force over Connecticut, 3-0, at Cadet Ice Arena.<\/p>\n

Air Force (10-8-1) broke a three-game losing streak. The Huskies fell to 6-10-2.<\/p>\n

Air Force capitalized on its first power-play opportunity of the night on a tip-in from Scott Zwiers at the 7:20 mark of the first period. The Huskies then held the Falcons scoreless in the second stanza, despite Air Force taking the 13-6 advantage in shots.<\/p>\n

The Falcons’ Kyle Fransdal beat Husky goaltender Jason Carey 24 seconds into the third period for their second goal of the evening. At the 15:39 mark, Air Force sealed the victory on a shot from Derek Olson.<\/p>\n
