{"id":1069,"date":"2000-10-20T14:23:12","date_gmt":"2000-10-20T19:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uscho.com\/2000\/10\/20\/wisconsin-upends-no-3-duluth-4-2\/"},"modified":"2010-08-23T11:54:24","modified_gmt":"2010-08-23T16:54:24","slug":"wisconsin-upends-no-3-duluth-4-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp-admin.uscho.com\/recaps\/2000\/10\/20\/wisconsin-upends-no-3-duluth-4-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Wisconsin Upends No. 3 Duluth, 4-2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wisconsin earned its first win over a ranked opponent Friday with a 4-2 victory over No. 3 Minnesota-Duluth at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Sikich scored the game-winner and added an assist, and Badgers goaltender Jackie MacMillan made 47 saves.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We didn&#8217;t quit tonight,&#8221; MacMillan said. &#8220;We wanted this win so bad. We now know what we are capable of &#8212; nothing less than what we did tonight, and that&#8217;s got to be our expectation now.
